What is Plants Club?
Plants Club is a subscription service for outdoor plants delivered to your doorstep. They arrive pre-planted in a planter, ready to go on display.
There are 4 options of planters, each arranged with plants: XXL Window Box, Balcony Wonder, Designer Box and Designer Box Large. On your first order you will receive a planter and its arranged plants and then every 3 or 6 months you will get seasonal plant top-ups.
There are 3 subscription options: one-off purchase, quarterly (get seasonal top-ups every 3 months) and bi-annual (get seasonal top-ups every 6 months).

When do you ship the boxes?
When you subscribe, the first box is shipped during the first week of the month. If you ordered after the first week of the month, the box will be shipped within 7 business days. All future top ups are shipped within 3 months' time of your first shipment.
What types of plants will I get?
You can find the plant varieties that will be included in each of our planters on the Shop page of our website. Your order will come with a Plants care guide, providing you with handy information about your plants.
Some plants may be different from the images on the website but we aim to keep the style of each individual product as close to the images as possible.

What if my plants arrive damaged?
We offer a 30 day guarantee on all plants. However, due to the delicate nature of shipping live plants, sometimes some damage may occur. If this happens, please send a picture to info@plantsclub.co.uk so we can process a replacement.
